Prensip k ap travay nan enjektè Rail komen

The common rail injector serves as the core component of a diesel engine's fuel injection system; its operating principle is based on high-pressure common rail technology, which achieves an efficient and clean combustion process by precisely controlling fuel pressure, injection timing, and injection quantity.

Nan kè sistèm enjektè ray komen an se gwo -presyon komen ray li menm. Its function is to pressurize the fuel delivered by the fuel pump to a level of 200–250 MPa (with some high-end systems reaching up to 280 MPa) and to distribute this pressurized fuel to each individual injector via the rail. Compared to traditional mechanical injection systems, common rail technology achieves a *decoupling of pressure generation from injection control*: fuel pressure is continuously generated by a high-pressure pump and stored within the common rail, while the injector's opening timing, injection duration, and injection quantity are regulated in real-time by an Electronic Control Unit (ECU) based on the engine's operating conditions (such as speed, load, and temperature). This design renders the fuel injection process more flexible, enabling multiple injection events-such as pre-injection, main injection, and post-injection-thereby significantly optimizing combustion efficiency and reducing emissions of particulate matter (PM) and nitrogen oxides (NOx).
